Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
12 oz Ketchup 2 ts Worchestershire sauce
4 tb Sugar 1/2 ts Dry mustard
2 tb Molasses 1/8 ts Onion powder
2 tb Cider vinegar 1/8 ts Garlic powder
1 tb Barbecue spice rub 1/8 ts Smoke flavoring
Combine all ingredients well. Place in small saucepan and bring to a boil.
Reducew heat and simmer, uncovered for one hour.
Variations: add cayenne pepper for hotter sauce. Increase liquid smoke for
smokier sauce.
