4 tb Sugar
6 tb -Warm water
4 tb Sesame oil
Combine warm water and sugar until dissolved. Mix in Hoisin sauce and
sesame oil. Marinate ribs at least 2 hours, turning frequently.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place ribs in a single layer on rack in
a foil-lined roasting pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Turn
ribs and baste with Hoisin sauce. Lowerheat to 375 degrees and
continue baking, turning and basting occasionally, fo
