Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
3 c Fettuccine 2/3 c Parmesan cheese
3 tb Unsalted butter 1/4 ts Pepper
1 c Heavy cream
Cook fettuccine according to directions, drain. In a pan, slowly
cook 2/3 cup cream and butter until thickened. Add fettuccine,
remaining cream and cheese, pepper to taste. Stir till fettuccine is
coated, sauce thick. Serve immediately.
