Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
2 tb White-wine vinegar or fresh 1/3 c Olive oil
-lemon juice Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 ts Dijon-style mustard
In a bowl whisk together the vinegar, the mustard, and salt and pepper to
taste, add the oil in a stream, whisking, and whisk the vinaigrette until
it is emulsified. Makes about 1/2 cup.
