2/3 pk Frozen spinach (10 oz pkg)
4 c All-purpose flour
4 Eggs

instructions. Drain thoroughly. Squeeze spinach to remove as much
moisture as possible. Chop spinach very fine. Put flour on a pastry
board and make a well in the center. Break eggs into well; beat with
