2 sl Whole grain bread 1/4 ts Garlic powder
1 tb Olive oil 1/8 ts Dried basil leaves
2 ts Grated parmesan cheese
Heat oven to 375. Place bread slices on ungreased cookie sheet. Brush
each with oil; sprinkle evenly with cheese, garlic powder and basil.
Carefully cut each bread slice into 4 triangles; do not separate.
Bake 5-8 minutes or until crisp.
Per serving: 70cal., 2g pro., 7g carb., 1g fiber, 4g fat, 1mg chol.,
95mg sod., 40mg pot., 1/2 starch and 1 fat exchange.
