1 lb Ground beef
1 md Onion, sliced
1 cn Cream of mushroom soup
7 oz Whole kernal corn
1 ts Salt
1 ts Chili powder
1 1/2 c Minute rice
1 Green pepper
1 md Tomato
Brown beef in skillet leaving meat in large chunks. Add onion and
cook over medium heat until tender. Add 1 1/2 cups of water, soup,
corn, salt, and chili powder. Bring to a boil. Stir in minute rice.
Add tomato cut in eights and green pepper cut in strips or rings.
Cover and simmer for 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork. Randy Rigg
