1 ea Beef tenderloin sliced
1/2 ea Lettuce
3/16 ea Celery
1/4 ea Parmesan
3/16 ea Olive oil
1/2 ea Lemon juice
1/2 ea Mustard
Salt and pepper
Put lettuce in the middle
-of plate.
Top with sliced beef.
Top with celery and
-parmesan.
Mix with olive oil, lemon
-juice and mustard.
