Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 c Rice
1 cn Beef Consomme' Cambell
1 md Onion
1/4 c Butter or Margarine
1 sm Jar sliced Mushrooms
Saute onion in butter until tender. Mix together with all other
ingredients in casserole, cover tight. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
