Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 c Flour 2 x Eggs
1 t Baking Powder 1/2 c Milk
1/4 t Cinnamon 2 x Apples, chopped
Mix dry ingredients. In separate bowl, beat eggs, stir in milk and
apples. Combine with dry ingredients. Drop 1 Tablespoon at a time
into hot 375 deg F. fat. Fry until golden brown. Drain and serve
sprinkled with confectioners' sugar, and/or maple syrup. Makes 12-15.
