Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

1 oz Unsweetened chocolate; melt
14 oz Sweetened condensed milk
1 c Cold water
1 pk Chocolate instant pudding;
-4 serving size
3/4 ts Almond extract
2 c Heavy cream; whipped
21 oz Cherry pie filling; chilled

In large bowl, beat chocolate with sweetened condensed milk. Beat in
water then pudding mix and 1/2 tsp extract. Freeze 5 minutes. Fold in
whipped cream. Spoon equal portions into 10 dessert dishes. Stir
remaining 1/4 tsp extract into cherry pie filling; spoon over
