Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1/4 c Light cream 2 tb Liquid used for steaming
2 tb Dijon mustard -or fish stock
1/4 ts Pepper
Whisk cream and mustard together in small saucepan; stir in pepper
and set aside. Add steaming liquid to pan. Bring sauce to a boil,
remove from heat and serve.
