Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:


----------------------YIELDS: 8 SERVES---------------------------
2 lg Acorn squash, cut into 1/2 1/4 c Butter, melted
-in. rings seeded 2 ea Tb brown sugar
Bourbon 1/4 ts Fresh grated nutmeg

Preheat oven to 375oF. Line baking dish with aluminum foil. Arrange
squash rings in single layer on foil. Prick with fork. Brush rings
generously with bourbon. Let stand 5 mins. to absorb liquor. brush
evenly with melted butter. Sprinkle with brown sugar and nutmeg. Bake
until tender, about 20 mins. Serve immediately. From: Bon Appetit
