6 sl Proscuitto -- very thin

2 tb Olive oil
2 tb Parsley -- minced
1/4 c Balsamic vinegar
2 tb Pepper -- black fresh
Ground
2 Cloves garlic -- finely
Minced
1/4 c Olive oil
