Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

1/2 lb Homemade braunschweiger Salt to taste
2 ts Freshly grated onion Black pepper to taste
1/2 ts Finely minced garlic 2 tb Chopped fresh parsley
Dash Tabasco Toothpicks

Mash sausage with a fork and add the onion, garlic, Tabasco, salt and
pepper. Mix well. From into 20 to 25 little balls and roll in parsley
to coat. Insert a toothpick and chill well before serving.
