1 c Shrimp; cooked 1/2 c Cheese, American; shredded
10 oz Broccoli spears 1 c Breadcrumbs; toasted
1 cn Soup, cream of mushroom 2 tb Butter; melted
1/4 c Milk; or water 2 Eggs; hard-cooked, sliced
Peel, devein, and cut shrimp in half. Cook broccoli, according to
package directions, just under tender. Heat soup in saucepan with
milk; stir until smooth. Stir in shrimp. Arrange layers of
broccoli, soup mixture, and cheese in a baking dish. Sprinkle with
crumbs and spoon melted butter over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20
minutes. Just before serving, slice hard-cooked eggs and arrange over
casserole.
