1 lb Flounder fillets 2 T Butter or margarine
-salt 2 T Lemon juice
1/4 t Thyme 1 T Chopped parsley
Place fillets skin down on lightly greased broiler pan. Mix remaining
ingredients, except parsley, and spread on fillets. Broil 4 inches
from heat for 10 minutes per inch of thickness or until it flakes
easily. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
