Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 19 oz.can white kidney beans
-drained and rinsed
1 cl Garlic, chopped
3 tb Olive oil
1/2 ts Paprika
Salt and freshly ground
-pepper
1 Italian baguette sliced
1 bn Arugula leaves, shredded
1 c Roasted red pepper strips
Puree beans, garlic, oil and paprika in a food processor or blender.
Season with salt and pepper. Grill baquette slices until golden.
Remove from heat and spread with bean puree. Scatter on arugula and
red pepper strips. Makes about 18 hors d'oeuvres Typed in MMFormat by
