Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

1 lb Thinly sliced rump beef

---------------------SEASONING MIXTURE--------------------------
2 tb Sugar 1 ts Minced ginger
4 tb Soy sauce 1 ts Sesame seeds
4 tb Minced green onions 1 tb Toasted and ground sesame
2 ts Minced garlic -seeds
1 ts Minced ginger 1 tb Sake or dry sherry
ds Pepper 2 tb Sesame oil

Combine beef and seasoning mixture. Do this just before cooking
because meat marinated for a long time in soy sauce tends to become
tough. Charcoal broil, pan-broil, or saute. Serves 4. KYUNG'S KOREAN
