Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 lb Sirloin Steak (cut into thin 1/3 c Soy Sauce
-strips) 1 lg Onion
2 tb Sesame Oil 2 Or 3 Cloves Garlic
2 tb Cooking Sherry 1 ts Pepper
2 tb Sugar
Mince garlic and chop onion (finely). Mix all ingredients with the
steak strips. Let marinate for 1 hour room temp. or 2 hours
refrigerated. Broil until done to your liking. Serve over rice.
It says it makes 4 servings, but it's never enough for us. I always
double it.
