Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
6 (can use 8) potatoes, peeled
*and cut into chunks
1/4 c (or 1/3) canola oil *
Cajun seasoning (found in
*the spice section of the
*supermarket)
(1) Coat the potatoes with oil, spread out on a cookie sheet,
sprinkle
with Cajun seasoning, and bake in a preheated 350 degree F. oven
for
1 hour.
*The more oil, the crispier the potato.
