Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
Tuna steaks 1 1/2 ts Dill, dried
2 tb Paprika 1 ts Onion powder
1 ts Cayenne pepper 1 ts Black pepper
1 1/2 ts Oregano, dried 1 ts Garlic powder
1 1/2 ts Thyme, dried 1 ts Salt
Mix together all ingredients until well combined. Dry rub approx. 1
tsp spice mixture over the surface of each tuna steak and wait about
1/2 hour to set the flavor before broiling or gas grilling. [ Save
remaining mixture in airtight container for future use.]
