Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

1 cn Tuna in water (6 1/2 oz.) 1/4 c Italian parsley, minced
1 cn Cannellini beans, rinsed in -(flat leaf)
-cold water 1/2 t Dried oregano
And drained (15-19 oz.) OR 1/2 t Dried thyme
1 cn Great northern beans, 1/2 t Dijon mustard
-rinsed in cold water 1/8 t Cayenne pepper
And drained (15-19 oz.) Freshly ground pepper and
1 sm Red onion, finely diced -salt to taste
1 ea Stalk Celery, finely diced

In a large bowl, break up the tuna into large pieces. Add the rest of
the ingredients and toss. Serve immediately at room temperature or
