4 c Chopped seedless watermelon
-(or remove seeds from
-regular watermelon)
1 tb Chopped fresh cilantro
1 tb Chopped fresh mint
1/4 c Balsamic vinegar
2 tb Lime juice
1/4 c Sugar
1/3 c Chopped red onion
1 ts Freshly ground black pepper
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Chill before serving.
