Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 c Pineapple, crushed 1/2 ts Almond extract
8 oz Marshmallows, miniature 1/4 c Mayonnaise
2/3 c Almonds, slivered 2 tb Sherry
1/4 c Vanilla wafers; crushed 1/2 pt Cream, whipping; whipped
Combine all ingredients except whipped cream; mix well. Fold in
whipped cream. Pour into an 8" square pan and freeze. Serve as
salad or dessert.
