Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 lb Ground beef, browned and 1 1/2 c Water
Drained 1/2 ts Garlic salt
1/2 c Chopped celery 1/2 ts Marjoram
1/2 c Chopped onion 1 ts Sugar
1 c Chopped green pepper 1/2 ts Salt
2 1/2 c Grated carrots Shredded Montery Jack
1 cn (32oz) tomato juice Cheese
2 cn Cream of celery soup
Bring all but cheese to a boil; simmer until veggies are tender.
Sprinkle each serving with cheese.
