Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1/2 c Butter
1 tb Lemon juice
1/4 c Caviar; black preferred
Parsley; fresh, chopped, opt
Cream the butter and add the lemon juice and caviar. Chill, mold or
cut shapes and serve on fish dishes as a garnish. Sprinkle with fresh
chopped parsley if desired.
