2 Servings 1/3 c Apricot preserves
1 lg Boneless chicken breast 1 1/2 tb Lemon juice
1 tb Butter 1 ts Lemon-pepper marinade
1. Arrange chicken breast halves in a small baking dish. Dot with
butter.
2. In a saucepan, heat preserves, lemon juice and lemon-pepper
marinade, just until melted and thoroughly blended.
3. Pour over chicken breasts and bake, uncovered, in a preheated 350
degree oven for 35 minutes.

pilaf-type dish.
