Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
3/4 lb Cream cheese, softened
8 Maraschino cherries
1/2 lb Walnut halves
1 cn Pineapple spears
Cover an oval platter with a thin smooth layer of cream cheese. On
this arrange the spears to represent a Menorah with candles. On top
of each candle place a cherry for a flame. Trim edge of platter with
walnut halves.
