Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

2 qt Beef stock 1 c Diced potatoes
2 lb Beef, cubed 1 c Mushrooms
1/2 c Onions, chopped 2 1/2 c Canned tomatoes
1/2 c Fresh parsley, chopped 1 cn Stewed tomatoes (14 oz)
1 1/2 c Celery 1 c Red wine
1 1/2 c Carrots 1 T Sugar
1 c Shredded cabbage Water, as needed

Precook beef (broil or bake). Microwave celery, carrots, shredded
cabbage, and potatoes for 4 minutes on high. Saute mushrooms and
onions. Combine all in pot, cook on low for at least one hour. Eat.
