Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

2 Eggs; slightly beaten 1 ts Grated lemon peel
1/4 c Lemon juice 1 ds Salt
3 tb Butter 3 oz Pkg cream cheese
3/4 c Sugar

In heavy pan, mix eggs, lemon juice, butter, sugar and salt. Bring to
a boil, stirring, over low heat, then cook 3 minutes longer. Beat
cream cheese and lemon peel. When egg mixture is cool, blend into
cheese mixture until smooth. Store in refrigerator.
