Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

6 ea Eggs 1 qt Cream
1 1/2 c Sugar 1 cn Sweetened condensed milk --
1 1/2 c Milk 14 Ounces
1 cn Cherry pie filling -- 21 1 tb Vanilla extract
Ounces 1 ts Almond extract

In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until thick and
lemon-colored. Scald milk; slowly pour into egg mixture, stirring
constantly, until sugar is dissolved. Cool. Chop the cherries by hand
or in a food processor. Combine cherries with egg mixture and all
remaining ingredients. Freeze in an ice cream maker. Yield: about 1
gal
