Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

1 1/2 c Bread crumbs; soft 1/2 ts Garlic salt
1/2 lb Pork sausage; bulk 1/4 ts Onion powder
1/2 lb Groundbeef 1/2 c Milk
8 oz Water chestnuts; chopped 9 oz Sweet sour sauce
1 tb Soy sauce

Combine all ingredients excedpt sweet sour sauce; mix well and
shape into 1 inch balls. Place in a lightly greased 13x9x2 inch
baking dish; bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Drain
meatballs and return to baking dish. Add sauce; stir lightly to coat
meatballs. Bake meatballs and sauce an additional 15 minutes. Yield:
3 dozen.
