2 tb Extra virgin olive oil
1/4 ts Black pepper -- or to taste
2 tb Lemon juice
1/8 ts Salt -- or to taste
3/4 ts Liquid garlic
2 ts Parsley -- fresh or dried
In food processor of blender, blend garbanzo's with reserved
liquid,olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, pepper and salt until smooth.
Stir in parsley, place in serving bowl. Use as a dip or spread,
