3/4 c Egg Beaters Pepper to taste
1 c Skim milk 2 t Lemon juice
2/3 c Flour SAUCE
FILLING 1 ea Tb cornstarch
3 ea Tb fatfree chicken broth 1 c Fatfree chicken broth
1/4 c Chopped onions 1/4 t Minced garllic
1 cn (8oz) mushroom pieces, 1/4 t Onion powder
-rinsed and drained 1 c Skim milk
1/2 c Cooked and drained spinach 1/4 t Basil
1 ea Boneless skinless chicken 3 c Tomato sauce
-breast, cooked and chopped 1/4 t Oregano
1/2 c Nonfat ricotta cheese 1 c Nonfat grated mozzarella
1/2 c Nonfat cottage cheese -cheese
Salt to taste, optional
