1 ea Basic Crepe recipe 1 ea Bunch broccoli, cooked
2 c Cooked chicken strips 1 ea Recipe med. cream sauce
Make crepes, put wax paper between each cooked crepe. Lay strips of
cooked chicken in center of each crepe, top chicken with broccoli
spears, letting flower of broccoli extend just over the edge of the
crepe. Top all with about two tablespoons of the cream sauce. Fold
sides of crepe to center and lay the crepes in a low edge baking pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 10 min or until heated through. Top all
with hollandaise sauce and put under broiler until the top just
