1 lb Chicken breasts, boned, skin 3 tb Soy sauce
3/4 c Orange juice 1 tb Cornstarch
2 tb Oil, vegetable 1/2 ts Ginger, ground
2 lg Carrots, diagonally 2 ea Celery stalks
-cut 1/2 c Cashews or peanuts
1/3 c Honey, liquid Rice
Cut chicken into thin strips, set aside. In a small bowl, combine
juice, honey, soy sauce cornstarch and ginger,mix well. Heat 1 tbsp
oil in a wok, add carrots and celery, stir fry about 3 minutes,
remove,set aside. add remaining oil, add meat stir fry 3 minutes,
add vegetables, add sauce and nuts, cook and stir until sauce is
