1 oz Dried shittake mushrooms, 1 ts Red pepper flakes
Soaked 20 minutes 6 tb Lemon juice
4 Navel oranges, sectioned 1/4 c Lemon juice
4 Green onions, minced
Slice chicken into strips and combine with remaining ingredients.
