Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 tb Oil -mix
1/2 lb Boneless, skinless chicken 16 oz Frozen vegetable medley
-breast strips 2 tb Water
1 pk Hidden valley ranch dressing
Heat oil in stir fry pan until hot, add chicken. Stir in package of
dressing mix to coat chicken. Add vegetables and water and stir fry for
about 2 to 3 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
