2/3 c Light mayonnaise
2 tb Lemon juice
1/2 ts Salt
1/4 ts Pepper
2 c Chicken or turkey --
-cooked/diced
2 Apples -- cored/chopped
2/3 c Celery -- sliced
1/2 c Walnuts -- chopped
Combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Stir in remaining
ingredients. Cover and chill.
Makes 5 cups.
Per 1 cup serving: Calories 264; fat 13.9 g; cholesterol 65 mg;
carbohydrate 15.6 g; fiber 2.5 g; protein 20.7 g; sodium 439 mg.
