2 tb Butter 1 pk (10 oz) frozen artichoke
4 Chicken breast halves -hearts, thawed
1 cl Garlic, minced 1 tb Cornstarch mixed with
1/2 ts Salt 1 tb Cold water
1/4 ts Pepper 2 tb Lemon juice
1/2 c Chicken broth 3 Eggs, beaten
1/4 c White wine 2 tb Chopped parsley
Melt butter in heavy skillet. Brown chicken, then add garlic; saute
for 3 minutes. Add salt, pepper, chicken broth and wine. Cover and
simmer for 30 minutes. Add artichoke hearts and simmer, covered, for
10 minutes more. 4 servings.
