Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 md Cucumber, peeled, seeded, 1 tb Prepared mustard
-and finely diced 1 ts Salt
3/4 c Cooked shrimp, chopped 1 ts Sugar
1 tb Fresh dill -or- 4 c Buttermilk
1 ts Dried dill
Combine all ingredients; mix well. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or
until well chilled. Serve cold.
