Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1/4 c Scallions, thinly sliced 1/4 ts Pepper
1 tb Ginger, minced 1/2 ts Pepper oil
1 tb Garlic, minced 1 tb China moon infusion
2 tb Soy sauce 1 lb Ground pork
2 ts Chinese wine or sherry 1 pk Wonton wrappers
1/2 ts Kosher salt
