Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
26 ea Chocolate wafer cookies -- 1 pk Instant chocolate pudding
Crushed Mix -- 3.9 oz.
1/4 c Butter or margarine -- 3/4 c Milk
Melted 1 cn Cherry pie filling -- 21 oz
1 c Sour cream -- 8 oz.
In a mixing bowl, combine water crumbs with butter. Press into the
bottom of an 8-in. square baking pan. Place in freezer for 10
minutes. In another mixing bowl, combine sour cream, pudding and
milk; beat on low for 1-1/2 minutes. Spread over crust. Spoon pie
filling on top. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Yield: 9
servings.
