Main Ingredients:
1 1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. water
5 tbsp. cocoa powder
1 tbsp. vanilla extract
3 c. vodka
Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
Cook and stir sugar, water and cocoa 15 minutes. Add vanilla. Cool and add vodka.
