1 c Heavy cream 3 tb Powdered sugar
2 tb Unsweetened cocoa powder, 1/4 c Sour cream
-- (to 3 tbs) 1/2 ts Vanilla extract

Preparation Time: 0:10 In a medium bowl, whip cream with cocoa powder
and sugar until stiff. Add sour cream and vanilla and beat just until
blended. Cover and refrigerate for up to 2 days before using.
Variation: PRONTO CREME FRAICHE Omit cocoa powder and vanilla; reduce
powdered sugar to 2 Tbs.
