Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

2 c Chocolate cake crumbs, 1 1/2 tb Light corn syrup
-- stale -- (to 2 tbs)
1 tb Butter; melted 1/3 c Chocolate shots (to
1 tb Light rum -- 1/2 cup)
1 1/2 ts Rum extract

Preparation Time: 0:15 1. In a medium bowl, combine cake crumbs,
melted butter, rum, and rum extract. Mix well. Add 1 1/2 Tbs corn
syrup and blend until mixture holds together. Add remaining 1/2 Tbs
corn syrup if needed to bind. 2. Form into 8 or 9 (1 3/4-inch) balls
by rolling mixture between palms of hands. Then roll balls in
chocolate shots to coat completely. Store in a tightly covered
container in refrigerator. Serve in paper candy cups.

Note: Recipe may be doubled.
