Chocolate rum frosting

Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

1/4 c (1/2 stick) butter, softened 3 oz Melted unsweetened chocolate
8 oz Cream cheese, softened 1/4 c Rum
16 oz Powdered sugar, divided Milk, if needed

With electric mixer at medium speed, beat butter and cream cheese
until creamy. Add half the powdered sugar and the chocolate; mix
well. On low speed, add remaining powdered sugar and rum; beat until
mixture is of spreading consistency, adding a few drops of milk if it
is too thick. Use as directed to frost chocolate rum cake.
