Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
3 c Milk 4 tb Instant cocoa mix powder
1 c Silken Tofu, drained 2 tb Honey
2 Bananas, broken into chunks 1 tb Wheat germ
Combine ingredients in blender, « at a time; whirl until smooth and
creamy. Serve cold. Wonderful as a complete protein breakfast drink
or for snack any time.
Any fresh fruit in season such as berries, cantaloupe or papaya can be
substituted for the chocolate flavor.
Pour into tall glasses, sprinkle with nutmeg.
