See below ingredients and instructions of the recipe
1 Head romaine lettuce, washed
And dried
5 Plum tomatoes
3 tb Lemon juice
1/4 c Olive oil
1 Cucumber, peeled, halved,
Seeded and sliced
2 ts Capers
1 sm Red onion, quartered and
Sliced very thin
1 tb Chopped dill
Salt and pepper
Slice romaine leaves into 1/8-inch strips. Cut tomatoes in half
lengthwise, and each half into 6 pieces. Stir together lemon juice
and olive oil. Mix all other ingredients in a large bowl and add
vinaigrette to taste. Season with salt and pepper.
